Halloween legends return to Old World Wisconsin in October 👻

EAGLE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Old World Wisconsin in Eagle will host Halloween Legends and Lore on Friday and Saturday evenings, Oct. 10-11, 17-18 and 24-25. The event is scheduled to feature live performances, historic folktales, lantern-lit walks and seasonal activities across the Crossroads Village.

Guests will be able to experience more than 20 stories and traditions, including a Victorian séance, a maze lit by lanterns and the immigrant tale of Baba Yaga.

New attractions this year include a 1930s Haunted Halloween Costume Party at Wittnebel’s Tavern and the Laundress of the Dead at the Irish Home.

Food service begins at 3 p.m. in Clausing Barn. The event runs from 5:30 until 9:30 p.m. Tickets range from $17 to $22 with free admission for children under 5.
