MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Hunger Task Force's new headquarters in West Milwaukee are taking shape quite nicely.
On Tuesday, June 15, the Hunger Task Force and those involved in the construction gave an update on the progress of the building.
The 120,000 square-foot warehouse is scheduled to finish up in late fall.
It will include a fully operational food bank, a community engagement center, volunteer welcome center, client services center and community education kitchen.
"The construction phase here at Hunger Task Force is a really special time for us because all the projects that are going on right now, that are developing, are at the heart of our mission, our service and our community engagement," said Jonathan Hansen, director of development.
