I-94 now open following early morning closure due to downed communications line

I-94 was closed in both directions this morning due to downed communications line around 70th Street.  The closure affected the interstate between 64th Street and 76th Street.  The downed lines originated from the area around 73rd and Adler and began impacting traffic around 5:15 a.m. Tuesday.  The closure was cleared and all lanes open as of 6:30 a.m.
