WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A local organization is partnering with Waukesha County to combat addiction.
Lutheran Social Services held a groundbreaking Tuesday for its 23,000 square foot LSS Aspen Center.
The 22-bed medically monitored treatment center will offer a wide range of rehabilitation and therapeutic services to help treat men and women with drug and alcohol addictions. The LSS Aspen Center is expected to help upwards of 125 people each year.
LSS hopes to raise $500,000 so they can open the 23 center by Spring 2020.
