MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- A 27-year-old man, who is accused of beating a 5-year-old boy to death in Milwaukee and disposing of his body in a dumpster, was bound over for trial on Friday, Nov. 17.

Court documents show David Pietura was in court virtually Friday, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.

  • First degree intentional homicide
  • Physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing death
  • Hiding a corpse

The court found probable cause and bound Pietura over for trial.

Five-year-old Prince McCree was found in a dumpster on the city's near northwest side Thursday, Oct. 26 after he was reported missing on Oct. 25. Authorities say the child was found bound and gagged inside multiple garbage bags.
