Man found sleeping in vehicle in middle of intersection in Brown Deer, arrested for third OWI

BROWN DEER, Wis. (CBS 58) – A 36-year-old Milwaukee man is arrested after Brown Deer Police say he was found sleeping in his car in the middle of an intersection.

Investigators say they received the report just after 6:00 p.m. on December 10 about a man sleeping in his vehicle at the intersection of N. 60^th Street and W. Bradley Road.

After checking on the man, police say he was arrested for his third OWI.

A report was filed and the case will be reviewed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
