MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Mayor Tom Barrett says the city is waiting for a decision on whether Milwaukee will be picked to host the 2020 Democratic National Convention.
Houston and Miami are also in the running for the convention and the big revenue bonanza it's expected to bring.
"My reaction is again, I want them to be thorough, I want them to do what's right and I want them to pick Milwaukee," Mayor Barrett said.
A few days ago, the head of the DNC said he hopes a decision on a host city will be made "within the next few weeks."
