Milwaukee Admirals hosting fish fry at Panther Arena

MILWAUKEE, (CBS 58) -- It's no secret that Milwaukee loves its fish fries. People wait in long lines at restaurants, bars and church halls for their Friday tradition.

What IS new is how the Milwaukee Admirals are celebrating that deep-fried love affair.

On March 11 and 12, the team will drop its nickname, the "Admirals," and call themselves the "Milwaukee Fish Fry."

Check out the jersey they'll wear for the games on those nights.

They'll hold a silent auction for those jerseys, with the money going to charity.

And of course, the concession stands at Panther Arena will offer fish fries.
