MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee Bangers, a local sandlot baseball team, is set to launch its second season on May 7, welcoming men and women aged 18 and older.
While the roster for competitive games is full, unlimited spots remain for community pickup games held on weekends throughout summer and fall.
During a Wednesday, April 26 interview, Kevin Broeckel and Casey Jacobsen of the Bangers told us about the team's focus on fun and building community relationships.
In-game costume contests will also be featured in some events, such as Father's Day and Halloween games.
A $35 fee covers the entire 2023 season for pickup games. Interested players can complete a Player Interest Form at MilwaukeeBangers.com.
