Milwaukee County Sheriff Signs Letter of Intent for 287g Program

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee County Sheriff signed a letter of intent for 287g program.

That would allow deputies to take part in enforcing federal immigration laws.

Right now, we don't know the extent of the letter or what exactly it means for people in Milwaukee County.

Sheriff Clarke has expressed interest in the past about the program.
