MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) – A deputy was able to save a man who tried to jump off the Hoan Bridge and it was all caught on camera.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded just before 10:00 a.m. Wednesday to the Hoan Bridge southbound at the arches. They reported that the man was getting in and out of his vehicle, later lunging toward the bridge wall in an attempt to jump over the side of the bridge.
The deputy was able to stop the man. The man was later taken to a mental health facility to be evaluated.
