WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The warmer weather is a sure sign of spring, and some were even thinking about summer today in Waukesha.
Pontoon boats, fishing boats, and even yachts were packed inside the Waukesha County Expo Center on Sunday, March 9, for the Milwaukee Metro Boat Sale.
We're told this is one of the last opportunities to buy a boat as we get closer to beating season. There were more than 60 boats on display.
"Coming to a boat show or sale like this is a really great opportunity and a very important step especially for new or early boaters to see everything or try to funnel down on what they need and what they like," said Joe Moede, CenterPoint Marine.
Today was the last day of the boat sale, and the first time since 2021 since they went on a hiatus.
