Milwaukee Police: 55-year-old man shot, seriously injured near 73rd and Medford

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are currently investigating an afternoon shooting that left a 55-year-old man injured.
The shooting happened around 1 p.m. on Thursday in the 7300 block of W. Medford Avenue.
The victim was shot during circumstances that are unclear at this time.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
Police continue to search for a suspect and a motive.
