Milwaukee police investigating early morning shooting near 29th & Wells

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are investigating a shooting that sent one man to the hospital early Tuesday.
Shots rang out around 6 a.m. in the 700 block of north 29th Street, and the man suffered a wound to the lower torso area, police said.
He was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
There are no suspects in custody and no word on a motive.
