MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Two officers have been cleared in a fatal shooting.
On October 10, police received several calls about a man with a gun.
Milwaukee Police Officers Bradley Baker and Edgar Rodriguez responded to an apartment building near 101st and Bender Road.
They found the suspect, Alonzo Smith, in his car.
The officers told him to put his hands up several times.
Instead, Smith opened fire on the officers. They shot back and Smith was killed.
Neither officer was hurt and they won't face charges.
