MPD and ATF seek armed robbery suspects

MILWAUKEE -- The Milwaukee Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (ATF) are asking for the public's help in identifying a group of armed robbery suspects. The ATF is offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for these robberies.


The group is accused of robbing two Advanced Auto Parts stores and believed to be part of several other robbery incidents in Milwaukee. On April 17, 2014, the group robbed the Advanced Auto Parts story on the 4800 block of Teutonia Ave. The second Advanced Auto Parts store, located on the 5800 block of N. North Ave., was robbed on April 23, 2014.


Police released surveillance video of three suspects robbing the Advanced Auto Parts store on Teutonia. The first suspect is described as a black male aged 17-25, 6'-6'2\" tall, with a thin build. He also has a tear drop tattoo under his right eye. The second suspect is described as a black male aged 17-25, 5'11\"-6'1\" tall with a medium to light complexion. The third suspect is described as a black male aged 17-25, 5'9\"-5'10\" with a medium build.
