MSO Chorus Director arrested for lewd and lascivious behavior
MILWAUKEE -- The Chorus Director for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra was arrested by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department for lewd and lascivious behavior during a sting operation spanning several county parks.
58-year-old Lee Erickson was arrested at Grant Park on November 4th, after he allegedly followed a deputy into a bathroom along Milwaukee's Lakefront. The sheriff's office says Erickson allegedly exposed himself, and began touching himself in front of an undercover deputy.
The sheriff's office says Erickson stated several times he'd like to pay a fine, and not have this incident go public. Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke says, \"The sheriff's office responds to these complaints, and the arrests and public humiliation serve as a deterrent to others inclined to participate in this illegal sexual activity.\"
Several other men were arrested in other Milwaukee County parks. Information from four of those arrests are not yet available, because they are still in the booking process.
