MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Five Milwaukee Fire cadets were kicked out of the program in December due to sexual harassment complaints. This came just days after the female cadets filed the harassment complaints.
The newly released complaints made against the men show what happened.
One complaint stated a female cadet knew the others had hand signals and code words to look at her behind during workouts and there was a bet that one of the men would have sex with her.
The instructors encouraged the females to come forward telling them that this would be pushed up the chain and would not be swept under the rug.
At least one of the men has filed a complaint stating they're being falsely accused.
