No injuries reported after firefighters battle detached garage fire in Racine

RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A detached garage fire did $40,000 in damages on Saturday night.

The Racine Fire Department was called to a fire around 9 p.m. in the 300 block of North Memorial Drive.

Upon arrival, fire was seen coming through the roof of the garage over the number 3 garage stall.

Firefighters had to force entry into the garage to extinguish the fire.

There were no injuries reported.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
