UPDATE: Officers in process of reuniting found non-verbal female with family thanks to tips

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Waukesha Police say after receiving several tips, they have been able to reach the young woman's family and are in the process of reuniting her with them.

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) – Police in Waukesha are looking for information after officers found a non-verbal, developmentally disabled female about 16-21 years old in the Springdale Apartment complex in the area of Springdale and Bluemound.

Police say she is about 5’6” tall, was found wearing a coral colored shirt and pink shorts. She is said to be completely non-verbal and unable to communicate her name or address.
