Nonprofit sets Guiness World Record for longest kickball game

MOST

FAIRBUN, Ga. (CBS 58) -- Men Opposing Sex Trafficking or MOST has previously set records for longest softball game back in Sept. 2024 and longest basketball game in March 2025, now they have set the newest Guiness World Record for "longest marathon playing kickball" after 52 hours of nonstop playing.

Starting at 8 a.m. Friday, Aug. 29, 13 women and 27 men volunteered their time to stay on the field to beat the previous 51-hour record set in 2011 by Padua Franciscan High School in Ohio.

They ate and slept on the field and only had a five-minute bathroom break every two hours at Landmark Christian School in Fairburn, Georgia. This was all to support the nonprofit's mission in the fight against human trafficking and supporting the survivors.

“What we’ve learned in the process of breaking two world records is that when you capture people’s attention, you can also capture their hearts,” stated CEO and Founder of MOST Bruce Deel in a press release. “Ultimately, our objective is to raise awareness about the scourge of sex trafficking and provide the tools for everyday people to help stamp it out, and as we have become known for these grueling physical challenges over the last 12 months, we have seen a spike in interest and raised over $800,000 to drive our core mission.”
