UPDATE: MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Police have named the victim of a stabbing in the 3900 block of Villard Avenue as Luther Jacobs. 

Police say Jacobs was stabbed by a 50-year-old woman who is in police custody. She has not yet been charged.

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee Police are investigating a Tuesday evening homicide. They say the incident happened shortly before 6:00 p.m. in the 3900 block of W. Villard Avenue. The victim, a 53-year-old man, died from a stab wound during an argument with an acquaintance. Police have the 50-year-old woman in custody and are not looking for any other suspects.
