WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Wauwatosa is set to be filled with the unique sounds and scents of Tosa Greek Fest 2023. Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church will host a mix of traditional Greek dancing, music, and, of course, flaming cheese.
Kicking off Friday, June 9, the festival will run through Sunday, June 11.
George Kaioris, the 'Godfather of Saganaki' and team captain of the Saganaki tent, joined us Monday, May 22, to discuss the upcoming festivities and even brought along some flaming cheese, as well as a traditional Greek instrument.
