Over 200 artists from all over the world attend Tattoo Fest Milwaukee

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Plenty of people are traveling to Milwaukee this weekend, rolling up their sleeves, and getting some ink.
Tattoo Fest is taking place at the Baird Center through Sunday. Photojournalist Kevin Weis takes us there.
