Police: 55-year-old Milwaukee man seriously injured in shooting

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say a man was seriously injured in a shooting Tuesday evening, Aug. 3.
Authorities say it happened around 6:12 p.m. near 26th and Auer.
The victim, a 55-year-old Milwaukee man, suffered a serious injury and is in unknown condition at an area hospital.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
Milwaukee police are seeking an unknown suspect.
