Police: Caller reports toilet paper stolen from shopping cart in Walmart parking lot

WAUKESHA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A thief in Waukesha was apparently after a high-priority item: toilet paper. 

According to Waukesha police, a caller reported his wife was loading up her vehicle after shopping at Walmart on West Avenue, when toilet paper she had purchased was taken out of her cart while in the parking lot.  

The incident happened around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18. 

Police said the man did not wish to file a complaint, saying he just wanted authorities to be aware and keep extra patrols at Walmart.
