Quiet week good news for flooded areas

After our first taste of spring last week, we will see more spring-like weather in the forecast for the third week of March. All of that nice, mild weather last week has brought continued flooding to southeastern Wisconsin, and most of the Midwest. Several rivers, streams, and creeks are still above their banks to kick of this work week. If there’s anything positive in the forecast, the quiet weather will help bring those high waters closer to normal as no rain is in the forecast for a while.

High pressure will be the norm in our forecast for this week. Temperatures will stay a little below average for Monday with lots of sun; however, the temps crank back above average for the rest of the week. High temperatures will run close to 50 starting tomorrow until this weekend. The only threat of rain will be later this weekend.
