Racine & Me, January 2nd: Katie's Canine Klubhouse, Downtown Big Chill, Chicken Ordinance

It’s a fight over chickens in Caledonia. One woman bought chickens knowing that they weren’t allowed in the village and is going before the board to fight to keep them. We tell her story.
