RACINE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The LGBT Center of Southeast Wisconsin is all about advocating for the rights of individuals who have experienced discrimination and for policies and ordinances that make cities more inclusive. Barb Farrar is the Executive Director of the LGBT Center of SE Wisconsin and she joined the show to share about what the center is all about.
