Racine woman dies after falling into fire pit

A 57 year-old Racine woman died on September 18 after falling into a fire pit on September 12, according to the Racine County Medical Examiner's Office.
Shelley Baumann died at the Burn Center at St. Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee.
The fire pit was in a backyard and it was made of bricks.
Several people saw her fall into the pit and helped to pull her out.
