BROOKFIELD, Wis. (CBS 58) -- It's been six weeks since Raising Cane's opened its first location in SE Wisconsin. The Greendale location is still seeing lines running out of the parking lot and onto the street. It wasn't long before the Brookfield location opened on Sept. 5.

CBS 58 stopped by Raising Cane's on Tuesday, Sept. 17 to see what all of the clucking noise is about.

If you're new to the fried chicken chain, you may be surprised to find just one item on the menu.

"How do you only have chicken tenders," we asked Matt Moon, the area leader of restaurants.

"That was part of Todd's dream," said Moon. "Open up a restaurant with just one menu item and do it as best you can. And we've stayed true to that. We marinate our chicken fingers in house for 24 hours and ... it's incredible."

People are also talking about the Cane Sauce that features a secret recipe that Moon says can only be described as "tangy with a little bit of spice."
