MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office has released the dashcam video of a Milwaukee mother's drunk driving arrest with a child in her car.
It happened on New Year's Eve at about 11:00 p.m. Twenty-seven-year-old Desiree Barnett's car had been involved in an accident on I-43 near Brown Deer Road after talking to deputies outside her car it was determined that she was impaired.
At one point, Barnett is seen going back to the car and bringing out a 6-month-old.
She's ordered to put the child back in the car. A relative eventually came out to pick up the child. Desiree Barnett is charged with her first OWI.
