South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center to stage 'Sincerely, Sondheim'

SOUTH MILWAUKEE, Wis. (CBS 58) -- The South Milwaukee Performing Arts Center will showcase "Sincerely, Sondheim," a tribute to the late composer Stephen Sondheim.

The performance is set for Wednesday, Oct. 18 at 7:30 p.m.

Nicholas Rodriguez, known for roles in "One Life to Live" and "Sex and the City 2," will be featured in the event. Rodriguez's act incorporates anecdotes and narratives based on Sondheim's letters to fans and industry peers, covering the composer's relationships with prominent figures like Oscar Hammerstein II and Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Selections from Sondheim's works such as "Company," "Sunday in the Park with George" and "Into the Woods" will be performed.

Ticket prices range from $47 to $61, and discounts are available for students and seniors.
