SUV ends up in Lake Winnebago, Fond du Lac officials investigating

FOND DU LAC, Wis. (CBS 58) -- Authorities are investigating after an SUV ended up in Lake Winnebago in Lakeside Park on Sunday, Nov. 21. 

Authorities said around 7:40 p.m., the Fond du Lac Fire Department responded to a report of a vehicle in the lake near Frazier Point. 

Initial reports to the fire department said two children were on the hood of the vehicle and two adults were inside. 

Rescue crews found all occupants out on the shore uninjured. The vehicle was checked and there were no additional occupants.

FDLPD is handling the investigation on how the vehicle ended up in the Lake.
