Teens able to start applying for Earn & Learn Summer Youth Internship Program
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Teens looking for a summer internship with city government are now able to apply for the Earn & Learn Summer Youth Internship Program.
The paid internship provides teens between 16 and 19 years old with job training and professional skills. The program lasts for eight weeks beginning June 11 and ending August 3. Interns will work 20 hours per week, earning $8.25 an hour. Applicants must be a resident of a Community Development Block Grant area and priority will be given to high school juniors and seniors and applicants with good school attendance.
