’Black Nativity’ returns to Milwaukee for 9th annual production
MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) --- If you're a fan of dinosaurs, you might want to head to the Wisconsin State Fair Park.
The Dino Safari opened Monday, April 19. It is a drive-thru adventure where people can get an up-close look at some of the most iconic pre-historic creatures.Â
The team behind the safari worked with a paleontologist to make the dinosaurs look and sound as realistic as possible.
They hope to combine exciting thrills with real science in a fully engaging way.
"We just want to provide an educationally rich museum quality experience for the families who come through here," Dino Safari Assistant General Manager Seth Dennis said. "We've had to transition because of COVID to an outdoor method of doing that, but it's still possible as you see and folks are coming out and they love (it). I mean, who doesn't love dinosaurs?"
They have been extremely busy, so you are urged to buy your ticket in advance.
The Dino Safari at State Fair Park runs through Sunday, May 2.
