WATERTOWN, Wis. (CBS 58) -- A construction project dragged down by delays and causing community concern is now finished.
Thursday, April 17, the ribbon was cut for Watertown's Main Street bridge.
We first told you about this project last fall. At that point, it was several months behind schedule, leaving some business owners worried about the potential impacts.
Now, the work is complete, with the first cars crossing the bridge Thursday afternoon.
