TSA Offering Mobile Enrollment Program for Pre-Check at Mitchell Airport

TSA has set up a mobile Pre-Check screening program at Mitchell Airport for the month of August.

According to TSA, from August 8 through August 26, MKE will host a TSA Pre-Check Mobile Enrollment Center near Baggage Claim #4.

Passengers enrolled in TSA Pre-Check do not need to remove shoes, 3-1-1 liquids, laptops, light outerwear or belts.

The TSA Pre-Check Mobile Enrollment Center will be open Monday through Wednesday from 10am to 7pm, and Thursday and Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Walk-ins are permitted without making an appointment, however there may be a wait for service. For faster service, applicants should visit www.tsa.gov to pre-enroll and schedule an interview.

Applicants need to bring a passport (or a government-issued photo ID and proof of citizenship) to complete enrollment.

The application fee for a five-year membership is $85, payable by credit card, money order, company check or certified/cashier’s check. Cash and personal checks are not accepted. The application process includes an in-person interview,
