Vehicle ends up on top of electrical box near Capitol and Richards

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee police say the crash at Capitol and Richards happened when a vehicle made a right turn from the second lane and collided with a vehicle traveling in the first lane.

The 56-year-old who was driving in the first lane was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries.

MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- It appears an SUV ended up on top of an electrical box near Capitol and Richards this afternoon, on Sunday, March 10. 

You can see the damage to the SUV, the electrical box, and a streetlight. 

Our crew at the scene told us the damage to the electrical box caused a traffic light to shut off. 

There have not been any reports of injuries yet.
