Vukmir is challenging incumbent Democrat US Senator Tammy Baldwin.
The Vice President says he is committed to the innovation to American healthcare and that they need partners like Governor Scott Walker and Vukmir which is why he says President Donald Trump and himself will be here in Wisconsin showing their support to them.
There is a group planning to protest. They will be protesting healthcare saying they are calling for protection of people with pre-existing conditions.
