The Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival is scheduled to return to Bayshore in Glendale on Saturday, June 1. Organized by the Wisconsin Brewers Guild, the festival benefits Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin.
Friends of Lakeshore State Park will host a Free Fishing Weekend Fishing Clinic on June 1 and 2 at 500 N. Harbor Drive. The clinic welcomes all ages and abilities, offering fishing supplies and assistance from naturalists.
The Villa Terrace Decorative Arts Museum will hold chess lessons on Sunday, June 2 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Chessbox Academy teacher Kanei Jackson will lead the sessions, during which coffee and pastries will also be available.
Festa Italiana will take place at the Summerfest grounds from Friday, May 31 to June 2. The event features a Cucina Showcase, heritage cultural exhibit, "Italian Idol," fireworks, a bocce tournament, Mass, entertainment, plus Italian food and wine.
