We Energies' moratorium ends; anyone with outstanding payments could be disconnected

CBS 58 MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- We Energies will be starting utility disconnections Tuesday, April 15.
They've been paused because of the winter weather.
Anyone with outstanding payments could be disconnected.
The annual winter moratorium ends April 15, so now is the time to make plans to pay off any unpaid bills.
A protest over the moratorium ending along with new We Energies' plants is being held Tuesday at 4 p.m. at We Energies, 3100 W North Avenue.
