West Bend Police make 5 arrests for OWI over St. Patrick's Day weekend

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- West Bend Police made five arrests for OWI over St. Patricks Day weekend. 

OWI
400 Block N. Main Street
On Saturday, March 17th, 2018, at 4:38 PM, a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The officer identified the driver, a 24-year-old male from Darien, who showed signs of intoxication. The male failed Standard Field Sobriety Tests, blew a .117 in a PBT, and was arrested for OWI.

OWI
800 Block N. 18th Avenue
On Saturday, March 17th, 2018, at 5:22 PM, a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The officer identified the driver, a 56-year-old male from Winneconne, who showed signs of intoxication, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, blew a .136 in a PBT, and was arrested for OWI.

OWI-Restricted Controlled Substance
1700 Block S. Main Street
On Saturday, March 17th, 2018, at 10:42 PM, a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The officer identified the driver as a 19-year-old male from Muskego. The male showed signs of impairment, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, and admitted to using Marijuana and prescription drugs prior to driving. The male was arrested for OWI-Restricted Controlled Substance.

OWI-3rd Offense
500 Block N. 18th Avenue
On Saturday, March 17th, 2018, at 11:55 PM, a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for erratic driving. The officer identified the driver, a 45-year-old man from West Bend, who showed signs of intoxication, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, blew a .200 in a PBT, and was arrested for OWI-3rd Offense.

OWI-2nd Offense
600 Block N. Main Street
On Sunday, March 18th, 2018, at 1:27 AM, a West Bend Officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The officer identified the driver, a 40 year of man from West Bend, who showed signs of intoxication, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests, blew a .106 in a PBT, and was arrested for OWI- 2nd Offense.
