Mr. Jeff Treul will continue to provide administrative support for the remainder of the school year."

WEST BEND, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An associate principal in the Whitefish Bay School District has been charged in Washington County with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle following a fatal crash in the Town of West Bend.
Rebecca Sue Salomon, 51, was arrested after a crash at County Trunk P and County Trunk NN on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2024, just after 8 p.m.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Washington County District Court, Washington County sheriff’s deputies found a man unresponsive inside of his Chevy Impala, which was reportedly struck by the Jeep Grand Cherokee being driven by Salomon.
He was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Officials say Salomon admitted to drinking at a tavern before driving, having had three margaritas. Her blood alcohol concentration was measured at 0.109, above the legal limit. Police believe Saloman either ran a stop sign at the intersection or failed to yield for the victim's Impala.
A download of data from Saloman's car showed she was traveling 52 mph five seconds before the crash in a 45-mph zone.
CBS 58 spoke with one district parent, who said she "believes it's extremely unfortunate, but due to the circumstances, I think permanent leave is required. I believe the district is handling the situation very well and appropriate measures have been taken."
Whitefish Bay Schools Superintendent Dr. Jamie Foeckler sent families a lengthy statement about the situation, which reads in full:
