Wife of man who tried to fake his own death files for legal separation

CBS 58 GREEN LAKE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- An update on the case of Ryan Borgwardt, the Green Lake man who tried to fake his own death, then left the country, only to return on his own this week.
CBS 58 has learned from court records that Borgwardt's wife now wants to end their marriage. She filed for an annulment or legal separation on Thursday, Dec. 12.
Borgwardt faces a charge of obstruction after the disappearance led to an extensive search and investigation. He is currently free on a signature bond.
