MILWAUKEE (CBS 58) -- Milwaukee wine enthusiasts can embark on a global tasting tour without ever leaving the city.
"Wines Around the World," taking place on Saturday, Feb. 18 at Turner Hall in Milwaukee, will feature wines from the major grape growing regions around the world, giving attendees a chance to explore a vast selection of wine. Additionally, the event will offer tasty eats from vendors such as Beautiful Board by Kali, Sweet Smoke Barbecue, The Pink Apron and Tabal Chocolate.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to win raffle prizes, including two $300.00 gift certificates for in-home wine tastings from PRP Wines, a gift certificate from Nail Bar Milwaukee and homemade wood products from Hiawatha WoodWorks.
To learn details about the event, we were joined by Sabrina Rosler of Shepherd Express Events and Erin Rasmussen of American Wine Project on Wednesday, Feb. 15.
