Woman Challenges Doctor's Reports She is Competent in Homicide Trial

The woman accused of driving a stolen car though a red light and killing two men on December 30 in Milwaukee, is challenging a report on her competency.

Jasmine Ray was scheduled for a plea and sentencing hearing today for two counts of reckless homicide.  But that process has stalled, one doctor's report on Ray does not support a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity for Ray.

The other one said she is mentally competent.

Ray is challenging the competency ruling.

She'll return to court on July 21st.
