You could win a house in Wauwatosa if you fill out a perfect NCAA bracket

WAUWATOSA, Wis. (CBS 58) -- If you're filling out a bracket for March Madness, you could win a house. 

Firefly Real Estate is holding a "Win This House" bracket challenge. If you get a perfect bracket, the home is yours. 

The house belongs to Doug Sprague who got permission from his wife to put their house in the challenge. 

"This is the first year in 20 years that a Wisconsin team has not been in the tournament, so we thought it would add a little excitement to it," Sprague said. "I think by the end of Thursday, I'm going to feel pretty good about myself, but I guess there's still a chance."

If no one wins, the person with the highest score wins $100 and $250 for their Wauwatosa Neighborhood Association. 

The NCAA says your odds are one in more than nine quintillion (9,000,000,000,000,000,000). You have a better chance of winning the Power Ball, in which your odds are one in 292 million.
