It's called F.E.M.A. or Future Entrepreneurs Moving Ahead.
The non profit started by Milwaukeean Laneice McGee is once again holding an expo at the Tommy Thompson Center at State Fair Park.
It is an opportunity for members of the public to patronize some of these up and coming business or maybe even invest.
At the very least, it gives the young entrepreneurs practice at marketing themselves and their business.
"I just enjoy it so much," McGee told CBS 58 News at 4 . I enjoy meeting the young people who have such bright ideas and futures. To see them grow and learn over the eight week program, it's very exciting!"
The event is Saturday, October 21st from 1-6 p.m. at the Tommy Thompson Center at State Fair Park.
Call (414) 944-1877 for more information.
Among the young moguls is Iman Patterson, a 16 year old St. Joan Antida student.
She has founded Sy's Blue Photography.
"I used to stay below the radar," Patterson says of her decision to get involved in the F.E.M.A. program which for her includes motivational speaking. "It's going to make a big impact on your life. If you have a gift, go out and do that."
