
DODGE COUNTY, Wis. (CBS 58) -- One person is dead and two others hurt following a two-vehicle crash in Dodge County Friday, Aug. 29.
The Dodge County Sheriff's Office was called to State Highway 16/60 at O'Sixteen Road -- in the township of Lowell -- just after 12 p.m.
An initial investigation revealed a 2006 Buick, operated by an 84-year-old woman from Reeseville, failed to yield right-of-way and was struck by a Honda Pilot pulling a boat on a trailer.
The driver of the Buick, identified as Judith Scott-Steinberg, was taken to a hospital where she died.
The driver of the Pilot, identified as a 73-year-old man, suffered minor injuries. The passenger in the Pilot, a 74-year-old woman, was transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
Assisting at the scene with the Clyman/Lowell/Reeseville Fire Departments and First Responders, Watertown EMS, Beaver Dam EMS.
The crash remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
